6 The exhibited platters, plates and showpieces will be on display for one day each. The stipulated portions for the items displayed must be observed at all events. The cost of the raw materials for the exhibited work is to be borne by the national association of the participat- ing national team. The display area of the tables for each of the national teams is 3 X 4 metres (12 m2). The tables are covered with a matt white plastic slab and surrounded with floor-length material. No table superstructures as per IKA 2012. The decor- ations will be provided by the organiser. All the assignments must be fulfilled in accordance with the competition specifications. If parts are missing, this will be rated accordingly. Arranging the table: A maximum of 6 persons may place the exhibits on the table. Four additional persons may help with the carrying but may not work at the table. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a 5% reduc- tion in points will be applied. If the arrangement of the cold table is not finished on time (7:00), a 5% reduction in points will be applied. This will be verified by SCM officers. Only menu card holders and plinths/stands for plates and platters are additionally permitted to be present on the table. The diameters of the plinths/stands must be smaller than the plates/platters they go with. EXHIBITION CONDITIONS FOR THE COLD CULINARY ART SHOW NATIONAL TEAMS
