
4 National teams CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION The ten best national teams on the WACS rank order list (status October 2012) are eligible to participate in the Culinary World Masters. In the event of one of the national teams in the top ten being unable take part, the next- highest national team on the WACS rank order list will participate. The invitation to the national teams to take part in the Culinary World Masters will be issued by the national association, which must be a member of the WACS World Association of Chefs Societies. The national teams entitled to participate in the Culinary World Masters must be made up of the following team members: • 1 team captain • 4 chefs • 1 pâtissier The team must comprise the same team members for the cold and hot competitions. The show programme consists of two parts: • Cold Culinary Art Show, 1 day • Hot-Food Competition in the Restaurant des Nations, 1 day
