
11 In addition to the exhibition conditions for the Cold Culinary Art Show and the Hot Food Competition in the Restaurant des Nations, the WACS Guidelines and the Exhibitor Regulations of MCH Swiss Exhibition Ltd. also apply. GENERAL CONDITIONS REIMBURSEMENTS The cost of hotel accommodation (bed/breakfast) for the national teams (6 persons) will be borne by the organ- isers for the duration of stay that is necessary in Basel for the staging of the show. The hotel accommodation will be reserved by the organisers. The national teams will be informed of the precise arrival and departure dates and the addresses of the hotels. No cash payments will be made, and no additional expense will be refunded. Each national team (6 persons) will receive a lump sum of CHF 500 for working in the Restaurant des Nations (Hot Food Competition). DEPOSIT Each national team or the national association of the national team must pay a deposit to the Schweizer Kochverband by 1.5.2013. The deposit may be paid in the following currencies: CHF 1,500, EUR 1,250 or USD 1,580. The deposit will be refunded once the national team has completed the competition in its entirety and once the workplaces and hotels they have used have been inspec- ted and approved. REGISTRATION DEADLINES To participate in the Culinary World Masters, please sub- mit the following documents: • Team registration with a colour photo of the national team by 1.5.2013 • Menu for the Hot Food Competition programme in the Restaurant des Nations, including a colour photo, by 1.5.2013 (Further details will be supplied regarding resolution, format and pixels for the colour photos.)
